Mixed Martial Arts
Mixed Martial Arts is a new program added to our curriculum. In this program we have added boxing and striking techniques shooting and grappling, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, San Shou (Chinese Full Contact Fighting) and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques. You will be comfortable standing and on the ground, learn new and exciting techniques every class.
We believe that today's Mixed Martial Artist has to be well rounded and by incorporating different effective techniques they could defend themselves when face with a difficult situation.
Strength, stamina and conditioning training is our main focus and we believe that without these traits, the techniques will not be as sharp as they should be and therefore will not be effective.
